Product Introduction
Calstar’s automatic solvent recycling devices distill waste solvent and condense the remaining gas—leaving behind clean regenerant. This can help reduce industrial waste costs and solvent purchase costs, in addition to helping facilities achieve regulatory compliance.
This solvent regeneration device puts the waste solvent to be regenerated into the tank inside the device. Then it heats the inside of the tank with the heater embedded in the bottom of the tank, warms it to the set temperature, and vaporizes the solvent to be taken out. Then, the distillation regeneration system cools it through a condenser and returns it to liquid again.
You can check the boiling point of the solvent to be regenerated, heat it to a gaseous state, and output only the solvent you want to take out. Also, if the residue remaining in the tank after being regenerated solidifies, you can dispose of it cleanly by setting a special heat and solvent resistant bag cleanly and safely. If the residue is liquid, drainage can be discharged from the bottom of the tank.
