Product Introduction

Toluene is as a solvent which is widely used as thinner or addition of resin, rubber, paints, varnish, photographing films and inks field. Distillation is the most common method to recover toluene. Since toluene is flammable and explosive, the facility to recover toluene must to be explosion-proof. Calstar explosion-proof solvent distillation equipment is strictly following this request. Complete machine is explosion-proof as well as heater, condenser and control system. Calstar solvent distiller is very easy to operate which is effectively used to recover toluene with up to 95% recovery rate.

Scientists have tested air samples from many cities. And the result shows 112.5~150μg/m3 for toluene concentration. This toluene is mostly from vehicles and solvents exhaust from factories. Thus, recovering toluene and make a better world for all human beings living on earth.

We will send our professional engineer to solve this failure on site if it is severe and impacted the main function of solvent recovery plant. In this situation, we may have to negotiate some charges. On the contrary, if the failure is not critical, and won’t impact main function of machine, video support will be enough.

3. Can you send me an invitation letter so I can visit your factory?

Sorry, we normally don’t send invitation letters to any clients. You could have a traveling visa to visit us.
