Precision Hardware and Optical Industry - Recycled Water-Based Cleaning Agent
Industry: Precision hardware parts, eyeglass frames, optical lenses cleaning
Usage scenario: Use neutral or weakly alkaline water-based cleaning agents and clean the workpieces through an ultrasonic cleaning machine. After cleaning, the concentration of oil and impurities in the cleaning agent increases, resulting in a decline in cleaning effectiveness and necessitating frequent replacement of the solution.
Question:
Discharging the waste slurry directly leads to the waste of water resources and cleaning agents.
The cost of sewage treatment is high.
Frequent replacement of new liquids affects the continuity of production.
Solution: Use specialized water-based cleaning agents and equipment for recovery (such as atmospheric distillation or membrane evaporation).
Equipment operation procedure:
Draw the waste cleaning liquid from the ultrasonic cleaning tank.
By heating, the moisture is evaporated, while the effective cleaning agent components (such as surfactants) and the stripped oil are concentrated.
Some of the equipment are equipped with an oil-water separation function, which can further separate and recover the floating oil.
The concentrated cleaning agent mother liquor can be returned to the cleaning tank for further use, or an appropriate amount of fresh liquid can be added to restore its activity.
Effectiveness:
Economic benefits: The service life of the solution is extended by 3 to 8 times, significantly reducing the consumption of new cleaning agents and water.
Environmental benefits: It reduces the amount of waste liquid discharged at the source.
Process stability: Maintained the stability of the effective component concentration in the cleaning tank, thereby ensuring the consistency of product cleaning quality.
