2. The machine dumps and discharges the residue:
When the solvent recovery is complete, turn off the solvent recovery machine. After the barrel residue and vapor drop to room temperature, open the lid of the barrel, and then manually dump the entire machine at about 120 degrees. The residue in the barrel flows out by gravity. If the residue in the barrel becomes solid Or it is thicker, and generally needs to rely on other auxiliary tools to clean up. This approach is the mainstream in the domestic market.
3. Slag discharge type:
There are two types of slag discharge. After recovery, open the door of the slag discharge port, and the residue will flow out automatically. When the residue is semi-solid or solid, you must rely on tools to slowly wash out the residue. The operation is more laborious and not easy to clean. clean. The solvent recovery machine of this structure generally cannot clean up the residue by dumping. The biggest disadvantage is that there is a major safety hazard of solvent leakage. Because the "door" of the slag discharge port relies on a plastic sealing gasket to block the dirty solvent from leaving. During the recycling process, the solvent will often be at a high temperature, which will accelerate the aging of the plastic sealing gasket. Generally, solvent leakage will occur after two to three months.
In addition, the residue flows out through this "door", it is difficult to avoid not touching the plastic sealing gasket. When cleaning, if the operator is negligent, it will accelerate the corrosion of the gasket because it is not cleaned up, causing the machine to leak solvent and endangering the safety of the factory; solvent recovery After finishing, flip the slag discharge switch to automatically discharge the residue. This kind of slag discharge port does not use plastic sealing gaskets and has a self-cleaning function, so there is no need for an operator to clean the slag discharge port. It is very convenient to use and is unique to the Kuanbao solvent recovery machine. Technology provides a new design concept for the slag discharge method, but this structure also has shortcomings, requiring the residue to not be too viscous.
