When a solvent vapor leak is found when the solvent recovery machine is working, the following problems may exist:
(1) The cooling pipe is blocked: the steam fails to flow out after being cooled by the cooling management, and a certain pressure is generated in the recovery barrel, and the steam overflows from the cover of the recovery barrel under the action of pressure. The solution is the same as above.
(2) The sealing ring is not well sealed: the cover sealing ring of the solvent recovery machine should be replaced every 3000 times. Solution, contact the manufacturer or supplier to replace the sealing ring.
