Calstar engineers, in response to the industry's persistent problems such as excessive water content and impurity residue in IPA during the chip cleaning process, carried out a deeply customized installation of the dehydration system:
Integrated molecular sieve adsorption and low-temperature vacuum regeneration dual-core modules to ensure the output IPA purity is over 99.9%. Used anti-metal ion contamination pipelines and an intelligent IoT system for real-time energy consumption monitoring, saving 40% energy compared to traditional distillation methods. From the equipment's arrival at the factory to the completion of the first round of testing, it only took 48 hours. "Calstar's rapid response capability is five-star.
