How To Extend The Service Life Of The Solvent Recovery Machine

For equipment, only paying attention to its daily maintenance can greatly extend its service life. The same principle applies to solvent recovery machines. We know that the main function of this equipment is to recover the waste gas solution and reuse it repeatedly, thus playing a good environmental protection effect. If it is not operated in accordance with the specifications when in use, it will not only affect the use effect, but also affect the life of the equipment. Therefore, in order to extend the service life of the equipment, it is very important to master its correct operation process.

1. Make preparations.

Because the equipment is different from others, it is important to make various preparations before using it. For example, prepare an empty bucket equivalent to the capacity of the equipment before working on the equipment to hold the recovered clean solvent. It should be noted that the material of the empty barrel of clean solvent must be prominent so that it will not be corroded by the solution. Of course, you can't use an empty bucket that can conduct electricity to avoid potential safety hazards.

2. Do a good job in all aspects of inspection work.

Before the solvent recovery machine works, it is necessary to do a good job of inspection to ensure that the equipment is operating in the best condition. In particular, check whether the collection pipe, exhaust pipe and seal gasket of the recycle machine cover are blocked or leaking. When checking whether the equipment is leaking, you need to cut off the power to operate. If an air leak is found, the staff should pay attention to it and find maintenance personnel to check and repair in time to avoid some accidents.

3. Operate the equipment as required.

Because there are certain risks when the equipment is recycled, the staff must strictly follow the standards when using it. Especially the handling and dumping before feeding, you must be very careful to avoid being splashed on the skin by the solvent or inhaling the gas released by the solvent. In addition, do not exceed the maximum level line marked in the barrel when feeding, and close the lid of the barrel to prevent accidents caused by solvent overflow.
