First, installation requirements:
1. Independent working area: The device must be installed in an independent working area.
2. Fixing the bottom of the device: a. The ground on which the device is placed should be solid and able to bear the weight of the machine, such as a reinforced concrete floor. b. The equipment should be firmly fixed on a solid ground.
3. Safe distance from the wall: The machine is installed against the wall, and the fuselage should be kept more than 50 cm away from the wall.
4. Grounding: The ground cable between the machine and the cable must be grounded.
Second, installation steps:
Step 1: Fix the machine.
Step 2: Assemble the power distribution.
Step 3: Connect the power. The machine is equipped with 3*2.5+2*1.5㎜2 sheathed cable. Manual zonal power supply devices must be used to connect the power supply end of the workplace. The machine motor system can be disconnected from the power supply system if necessary. The switch or circuit breaker must be able to carry 32A current, and the machine must be grounded to the cable ground. Electrical wiring shall comply with the provisions of GB3836.15-2000 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas environment Part 15: Electrical installation in dangerous places (except coal mines)".
Step 4: Install the solvent outlet plastic pipe. Come with a plastic pipe and put it in the machine recycling bucket. Place the plastic tube over the solvent flow outlet and lock the fixed sleeve ring.
Iii. Installation and debugging:
1. Check whether the steam pipe is blocked or leaking. Method of pipeline inspection: turn off the main power switch, loosen the lock handle of the barrel cover, open the barrel cover, and blow 0.2Bar of compressed air into the barrel from the solvent outlet outside the barrel; Verify that air can be blown smoothly from the outside of the barrel through the solvent outlet pipe inside the barrel.
2. Check whether the gasket of the bucket cover is sealed without leakage. Method of inspection: Blow 0.2Bar of compressed air into the barrel from the solvent outlet outside the barrel; Apply soapy water to the rim of the lid; If continuous and uniform bubbling, and the bubble does not burst, it is well sealed, otherwise there is leakage.
3. Boot check: Check that the fan is running normally and the heater is heating normally.
4. Preliminarily set the machine according to the boiling point and characteristics of the solvent to be recovered.
