The Customer Is Choosing A Hydrocarbon Solvent Recovery Machine

A state-owned machinery factory has introduced the A425+V425 Kuanbao solvent recovery machine

A state-owned machinery factory has achieved a technological breakthrough in the field of engine maintenance by introducing calstar's A425+V425 hydrocarbon solvent recovery machine. Through the environmentally friendly cleaning agent recycling and regeneration technology, it realizes the efficient recovery and reuse of hydrocarbon solvents during the engine maintenance process, helping the enterprise reduce costs and increase efficiency while promoting the sustainable development of the industry.
During the engine maintenance process, traditional cleaning techniques often encounter pain points such as high consumption of hydrocarbon solvents, high cost of waste liquid treatment, and environmental pollution risks. The A425+V425 solvent recovery machine independently developed by Kuanbao Environmental Protection Technology adopts intelligent distillation purification technology, which can regenerate the used cleaning agent to a purity of over 99%, with a recovery rate as high as 95%, significantly reducing procurement costs. The equipment is equipped with explosion-proof design and an automatic control system, ensuring safe and convenient operation. It complies with the ISO14001 environmental protection management system and the EU RoHS standard, creating a "zero hazardous waste discharge" green production line for machinery factories.
As a leader in industrial cleaning agent recycling and regeneration technology, Kuanbao Environmental Protection Technology is dedicated to providing intelligent solvent recovery solutions for global customers, with its products covering multiple application scenarios such as hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, and water-based cleaning agents. At present, CALSTAR industrial solvent recovery equipment has served over 300 enterprises, cumulatively reducing hazardous waste emissions by more than 100,000 tons.
