2, timing shutdown function:
Set the recovery time of the machine in advance. When the machine starts up and runs for a preset period, it will automatically stop. With this function, the recycling time can be appropriately shortened to ensure that a little solution is reserved in the recycling bucket to make the residue liquid when the recovery is completed, which is convenient for cleaning and can effectively prevent drying or gas explosion. The timing protection system has the function of shutting down the whole machine.
3, ultra-high temperature protection function:
Preset maximum heating temperature, when the heat medium oil temperature reaches the preset maximum temperature, the high temperature protection red light, the heater stops heating. This function ensures the safe operation of the machine in the set temperature range and effectively prevents the heating temperature from being too high.
Ultra-high pressure protection function:
If the pipe is blocked, the steam will not be discharged through the steam pipe, and the pressure in the barrel will rise to exceed the external pressure by 0.38Bar, and the safety valve on the barrel cover will automatically open to relieve the pressure, ensuring the safety of the equipment and the operator.
4, power failure protection function:
In case of sudden power failure during operation, the machine will start the power failure protection function and shut down automatically. When power is supplied again, the power indicator light will light, but the machine does not run. If the machine needs to work, you must manually turn the power switch to the "START" position to start the machine.
5, bottom slag function:
