How to replace the heat transfer oil of the solvent recovery machine? What's the process? Is it simple and easy to operate?
1. It is very simple to replace the heat transfer oil of the recycling machine. Just discharge used heat transfer oil and fill in new heat transfer oil. Everyone can do the job.
2. To place a container with proper capacity under the machine at the heat transfer oil outlet;
3. Loosen the venting valve;
4. Open and remove the oil drain nut; (It must be done when the machine is fully cooled, or 12 hours later after the machine works.)
5. Let the degraded heat transfer oil flow into the container;
6. Tighten the oil drain nut;
7. Use a funnel to pour certain amount of new heat transfer oil according to machine's spec from the venting valve. Note: (Different machine models have different oil capacity, please refer to the manual for replacement, in case any damage may be caused);
8. Tighten the venting valve.
Note: After replacing the new heat transfer oil, in the previous several recovery processes, when the heating temperature exceeds the planned 160℃, a small part of the heat transfer oil may flow out of the vent valve. At this time, just remove the vent valve. Wipe clean with heat transfer oil, which does not affect normal operation of the machine.
